This work will attempt to chronicle the lives of the following individuals, primarily because it is the only way to attempt to clarify what the projects and programs were (or still are) about; where they came from, and most importantly, where they are going.

Since many of these topics merge with aspects of the X-Men comic book universe and other fictional mythologies (for reasons far beyond this researcher) this work shall range back and forth between certain odd and distinguished fictions and the super soldier story.
The following wiki does not reflect the views or opinions of the main author (Frank Zero) in any way. It is the collection of data from various eyewitnesses and victims of a phenomenon yet to be recognized by “official” scientific communities and hence, the public. This study comes from years of personal interviews, Skye meetings, friendships and countless hours of reading their work, blogs, and books.
I've exhausted myself beyond recognition with every British Bases and AMMACH Interview, Project Camelot special, personal interview, YouTube channel available of this material. These are my conclusions thus far.
However, rather than section the victims, survivors, and whistle-blowers off and just write about “ trauma based mind control” or “ top secret super soldier programs” as has been attempted all over the Internet,instead of guessing at an answer to it all, I wanted to gather all of their (altered soldiers) stories and compile them here for easy cross comparison and research purposes. If you have tried to research this stuff like me, you know how hard it is to make sense of just one person's story without due background information.
This wiki does not necessarily prove that these exotic programs and scenarios are “ real “, but rather, if nothing else, it proves that these people, regardless of their sometimes current psychiatric eccentricities, have been “ programmed “ ( for lack of a better, or more exacting term ) to think they have had identical repressed sets of experiences…Some of which involve the same places and people ( Some involve the same alien beings or types of military uniforms). The first popular American abductees Betty and Barney Hill thought their abductors were wearing U.S.Air Force and SS uniforms. This may be one of the first real splinters of direct evidence toward the M.I.L.A.B. or military abduction phenomenon.
If this theory is wrong, then they are actually having these experiences... In a field that needs proof so badly, I am sad to say after due inspection, I have come up with none, but the parallels that can be drawn from the following information's findings may be enough to peak the interest of at least other researchers capable of shining light on other aspects of this particular puzzle. However when this data started coming out (mostly in the 90's) it happened to be identical to aspects of alien abduction, satanic ritual abuse, and what brilliant researcher Colin Reid has identified as an undecipherable web of disinformation and paranoid lunacy, he identifies as a “super-narrative”. (As well as the countless timelines of fictional work that I have made parallels with.)

(Notice the Aryan ideals upheld in comic books, most of their teams having blond haired male leaders with super strength and who is immortal for the sake of being an immortal warrior. (G.I.Joe, Captain America, He-Man, etc... A theme we will touch on later in the Highlander series.)
The manipulation of memory and time or “lost time” seem to be a key element in the super soldier stories along with other certain details, people, systems of advanced learning, places and visual cues- ranging from farmhouse training centers, to well known research labs, to bizarre underground nightmare landscapes with people in tubes filled with liquid. Almost all of these share territory with the alien abduction phenomenon. The over eager attention to genetics gives it away more than anything else. What do the Nazis, aliens, super soldier prerequisites, and royalty all have in common? An undeniable obsession with genetics and the feeling of belonging, cultural, and personal power that brings. The side of effects of this power apparently being traced throughout history as blood rites, society sacrifice, and sexual and physical abuse which in itself is a prerequisite to programming, mind molding, consciousness control, etc...

So, what this is really about, is either...
A) all of this is real and is happening in some capacity in our physical and cosmic reality or…
B) Someone went through the trouble of brainwashing massive overlapping experiences into people; the details of which make them automatically seem un-credible, yet, further a cult of misinformation that involves comic book science and actual shadowy parts of history, which in the light of this data melt in to laughable disinformation. The details of which are heavily guarded, seemingly to give the impression that the political or military powers that ran these operations are far more powerful than they actually are.
What's even stranger; these themes are repeated mercilessly in cartoons of the 80's and 90's alongside reptilian (Set) worshipers. Some in such detail, it would make even adults cringe. Researcher and Department of Defense librarian Douglas Dietrich details the increase of satanic activity in the military and pedophilia rings run by military movers and shakers, headed my Michael Aquino the Founder of the real life Temple of Set. This will be simultaneously addressed in this book. In some of the interviews discussed below James Casbolt explains that the NSA made him sign a document agreeing to keep certain data a secret unless he wanted to turn it into movies, comics, or other fiction. In which case, the NSA would need a cut of the profits…
The overlapping elements of these stories include mainstays in the “conspiracy” literature. Though personal research in this area is most recommended, (mostly because of the sheer volumes of reading required to understand it’s consistent or corroborative narratives) this chapter will also attempt to outline some of the themes. These themes include – undying Nazi secrets including exotic technology, occult military techniques, and an interest in global genetics programs and experimentation, military abductions including plots to microchip the populace (known as M.I.L.A.B.S.), greys and reptilians, underground bases with people in cages, resonating only dread and fear, alter personalities with paranormal powers, and everything else that villains do in “secret“in 90s cartoons…( It’s almost as if “ If Cobra (from G.I.Joe) tried it, so did the secret government” including:weather control, , slave populace working underground in a trance state, false flag alien wars, RV kids mind controlled to be an evil army, etc… on and on!! Attempting to capitalize on “ extra “ normal abilities goes back as far, if not farther, in human history than the concept of warfare itself. The idea of psychics and “warrior monks” can be traced right back to the beginning of recorded time. However recent advancements ( from the 1940s on ), though scattered as they may be, make the history of what is popularly known as a “ super soldier “ seem more like science fiction than respectable military history. Testimony, from these individuals as well as scrutiny of the programs they were involved in have filled in some of the puzzle pieces of quite a different story though.

After all is said and destroyed, it seems impossible to understand, at this juncture what is happening to these people...Now that it is 2013, as I write this and James Casbolt has turned to Michael Prince, and isn’t gaining any fans by turning around full circle, and spouting the very Fourth Reich philosophy he was programmed by in the first place. Prince, having doubled in size, is now out of the U.S. military and raising a child. He seems “nice” to those who have met him recently...but unfortunately he has forgotten some of the data he shared with us in the Bases interviews a few years ago...bizarre...

This chapter is more to encourage those capable of the right kinds of research, to look into this phenomenon, as they have failed alien abductees and the abused time and time again, maybe they could be moved to help, if not simply to correctly define, these people and their experiences for science’s aim, but also towards something new. Much more, so this can be understood more clearly and not lumped in with Hollywood stereotypes and under the breath commentary, as the abduction phenomenon has become in so many circles...I see a much larger meaning in this, than “are they just crazy or not!?” and I encourage those other adventurous investigators to put aside their reputation long enough to do the same.
As Jim Channon of the First Earth Battalion may remind us, we must work towards the positive for the future of our bodies, the planet, and the species.

"With well over 140 different programs under the MK Ultra umbrella, there are many aspects we have in common.
First:
Is the ritual abuse, abusive families and constant terrorizing us as
children. This tends to make us very nervous and hyperactive. Many
times, observers would describe me as very quick, birdlike movements. As
if my adrenalin glands were stuck at full throttle, all of the time.
This increased our speed, strength and reflex actions by multiple
factors.
Secondly
was dislocating and micro fracturing our bones (Google: "Wolf's Law"),
making them harder, denser and stronger to further protect our organs,
making us more survivable to knives and bullets. Also preparing our
skeletons to handle the increased strength without breaking. The pain
and terror of this also facilitated the first item in this list.
Thirdly
was the shock treatments. There were less of these to the head, when we
proved to be "talented". But if we were to be made physically stronger,
we'd be hooked up with pads and electrodes to each of our muscle groups
and subjected to high voltage pulses, much the same as many of the
"electric workout machines" on the market today (which were developed
and marketed from these same experiments) but at a much higher dosage
over time. This also contributed to our terror and conditioning to
separate ourselves from the pains. Also making us nearly unstoppable by
any normal means.
Drugs,
hypnosis, sounds, flashing pictures to forcibly opened eyes also were
used to condition and program us. I still feel that hypnosis cannot make
someone do things they are naturally set against. But I was highly
talented and they wouldn't shock my brain. Instead, it was easier to
deceive me into believing I was killing somebody who was very, very bad
and I had no problems with my conscience and considered that I was
indeed making the world a slightly better place and sparing more
"victims" grief. To their thinking, this limited my usefulness in
certain scenarios.
Next
were advanced martial arts training and tactics from various experts
and masters. It involved nearly every weapon you can think of and a few
that you can't, including some of the most unbelievably devastating
"kiai's" (shouts) that have been the last sounds to violate a man's
ears. In between missions, or during times when I was not amenable to
some of the missions as given, I was used to share these techniques with
other Ultras, Deltas, Rangers, Recons, Berets and whoever needed the
extra edge. Everything in our conditioning and training was designed to
take our "edge" to yet another level, to make us more efficient and
survivable soldiers. We were literally driven to keep honing our edge to
ultra-sharp. Failure was never an acceptable option in any mission.
There
was "the chair". This was used to either implant false memories like
spending your summer on a farm with your favorite uncles, while training
and/or serving in a mission. And/or remove any memories in a debriefing
and replace them with something a bit more innocuous. These generally
fall apart with contradictory livid dreams where the imagery gets
overlaid and you wake up wondering what the hell is the link between
these things. Over time, the real memories seem to return... mostly.
All

bionics, implants and more are used in many programs. But almost all of
